Drug, bj drabble

I was still trying to sleep, lol, but my brain insisted I write this.  Think it was inspired somehow by reading Epiphany by peggin  just now.  Someday I'm sure I will run out of bashing related drabbles, but not yet!

Drug... 100 words... 2nd person fucked up post-bashing Brian... a dream, of sorts... not my characters!

Drug

You’ve tried almost every drug. None of them seeming to work for long.

This one is different. This pill in your hand has the power to erase it. Every one of your screams. Every drop of his blood. The split second that nearly killed him. The millions since that are slowly killing you, still.

You raise it to your mouth, but… he appears. Telling you sadly, simply.

“Not just the bad, Brian. You have to forget everything. Forget me.”

You choke at his beauty, knowing… you can’t. Pill drops away. He disappears again.

But you remember the high of him.

Hmm...I have to say this prompted me to actually think for a change!

Seriously, it really is an interesting concept to wonder IF one were given a choice to take a little pill that would erase the gut-wrenching painful memories in life BUT would also erase the happy memories, what would one choose?

I think it also owes partial inspiration to jans_intentions because her PL chapter, Orpheus, made me think of Morpheus and the movie The Matrix and the whole "which pill?" thing ;) lol
