Sadly, most of the crap is probably even stuff you wouldn't like. Poorly written cliche fics are never enjoyable. But what do I know. I certainly have no desire to read Ten magically rescuing Rose from the alt!Verse, or her emoing over how miserable she is without him, etc.

FF.net doesn't allow MA fics to be posted. The rating is listed just for clarity. You might could post it, but if it's reported it'll get pulled. I don't even bother. Like I said, I get maybe one review on FF.net. It's really just not worth my effort.
