Got this from freakykat ... must respond to hers.  This was interesting to look at and realize I'm not as down on my writing as I used to be, lol :)  Thanks to you guys for that.

Looking back, did you write more fic than you thought you would this year, less, or about what you'd predicted?:

TONS more! lol... The only fic I'd written prior to this year was for General Hospital.  This year I wrote for several Harry Potter pairings, then found the wonderful world of QAF, and with it, Brian/Justin and Gale/Randy.  I'm amazed and thankful.

What pairing/genre/fandom did you write that you would never have predicted in January?:

 

Never could have predicted BJ or GR in January, as I hadn't started watching QAF yet... but slash in general, because I hadn't really even read it before this year, and now I have not just BJ but Harry/Cedric... and definitely Gale/Randy, because I thought RPF was just wrong, wrong, wrong lol... Now it seems to be my niche!

What's your favorite story of the year? Not the most popular, but the one that makes you happiest?:

Do you have any fanfic or profic goals for the New Year?:

 

I'd like to keep getting better, keep writing for GR, and occasionally BJ and Harry Potter.  Maybe a Harry/Cedric that gets a little more physical, lol.  But my biggest goal is actually to return and make some headway on my abandoned Sonny/Carly (from General Hospital) chapter fic.  Started in Jan. 2002, there were only eight chapters to go (had 44 done I think, lol) and I hate leaving it unfinished, since I did have the rest planned.

 

If I ever come up with something totally original, I'll give it a try.
