5 Kisses: Unexpected

A short li'l 5 kisses challenge type thingy (minus an actual challenge, besides an informal one from freakykat) I wrote for some favorite Harry Potter pairings of mine... Ron/Hermione, Snape/Tonks (Remus/Tonks shippers will like it too), Draco/Ginny, Harry/Cedric, and Neville/Luna. About 2300 words.

I'd never tried to do one of these "5 kisses" things before. Making each part so short was tough, lol, but fun. No current plans to do sequels, but anything's possible!

She heard in his voice the difficulty in just making that simple inquiry. She knew he couldn't ask after Remus, so instead he asked only about the potion he had made to save him.

Such utter Snapeness.

Beside her words, there was a kissprint... She had left him a kiss. He marveled at it, tracing the lines of her lips, careful not to smudge their perfection.

"You make me want to believe that."

Aww, Ginny/Draco, my first HP pairing. Reading this section reminded me why.

"Because she died very soon after that. Her wand survived, but we would much rather have had her," said Luna, in her very honest way.

This is such a Luna thing to say. Her uncomfortable habit of spelling out the truth without anger or shame. It's quite impressive how you can write for so many fandoms and keep everyone in character. I think it's a reflection of what a great writer you are.
