My birthday... not quite...

My wonderful roomie/best friend freakykat took me to Las Vegas on Saturday (well, I drove most of the way, but she paid! lol) for a week early birthday celebration!

We stayed the night at the Mirage, which is simply gorgeous! Vegas itself I think I truly appreciated for the first time, how pretty it is, as we walked (in really balmy nice weather) to my surprise, which turned out to be seeing The Producers! Starring David Hasselhoff as the delicious director in drag, Roger DeBris! Good lord, I'm really proud of him! He was so hysterical! I hadn't been sure I wanted to see the theater production of The Producers because I'm so in love with the original movie (which has many differences), but I'm really glad Kat got us tickets because it was lots of fun.

And we played a li'l slots in the hotel casino and I made 60 bucks! :)

I looked everywhere for a hot boy in a kilt, vandonovan, but no such luck. Does Hasselhoff in a fabulous gown and high heels count for anything? lol... Don't worry, I'm putting the $60 towards Scotland.

Must go to bed. Have to get up early and return the rental car, whose name is Biscuit.

How can you afford all these shows without a job? I need to get the hook ups you have! HAhahha. Wicked is in LA right now, and damn well better still be there in September, as that's when my gf bought us tickets for, hahaha. I've never seen it, but I look forward to it greatly. I've not been to New York since I was 12, so there's that. Again, money, hahaha.

I just recently saw Les Mis on stage for the first time a few months ago. I'd liked the musical since I was little, but it took me until recently to actually see it, hahaha. Go figure. My favorite is Starlight Express, though. I'm pathetic. XD Although I've enjoyed RENT every time I've seen it.

Yes, she is my current gf. Although I may have been dating other people in photos with me a the time the photo was taken. If that makes sense, hahaha.

Anyway, I'm mostly just being mean. I don't have a job either. I didn't pay for Les Miz, it was a present from the gf. And I didn't pay for Wicked either, she bought those tickets too! And although I haven't gone to New York recently, it's not like I didn't spend two weeks in Hawai'i in 2005, or whatever. I'm just mocking you. I have a sort of caustic sense of humor, I guess.

As for what you should watch, I think just about every Doctor Who serial in existance is uploaded on YouTube, either by me or by someone else. It depends on which Doctor you want to watch.

I understand the yay of getting reviews, but I get probably 1 review on FF.net for my fics to every 50 reviews I get on LJ/Whofic. Maybe even more. But that might be different for soap opera fanfic, I have no idea. But I'd rather post my fics to LJ anyway. Plus, FF.net doesn't allow Mature fic, so no porn! BORING!

Sadly, most of the crap is probably even stuff you wouldn't like. Poorly written cliche fics are never enjoyable. But what do I know. I certainly have no desire to read Ten magically rescuing Rose from the alt!Verse, or her emoing over how miserable she is without him, etc.

FF.net doesn't allow MA fics to be posted. The rating is listed just for clarity. You might could post it, but if it's reported it'll get pulled. I don't even bother. Like I said, I get maybe one review on FF.net. It's really just not worth my effort.

My favorite fanfic I ever wrote is a Nine/OMC fic. With R-rated porn. It also happens to be Nine/Adric and Nine/Rose at the same time, and it's awesome and I reread it and don't remember writing it. :D So that's probably what he's happy about, hahaha.

Alleys are good for raping young women. Which, I guess, is porn in some way. They're also good for drug deals, yes? And . . . hiding. And throwing away stuff in. Like dead bodies.

As for the Doctor and Jamie are Soulmates #7, who knows. I probably misnumbered? XD THere are lost of unclipped moments than those, though. So just insert one of your own liking.

If you want to watch a Jamie-serial, the earliest surviving serial is "Tomb of the Cybermen" which I know is on YouTube. There are earlier ones that have some missing episodes/some surviving episodes, but Tomb is the earlier completely surviving one. It's pretty good too; Victoria's second serial.
